Freeman Winery invites guests to a rare tasting experience featuring magnums of their 2014 Pinot Noir from distinguished vineyard sites, including West Sonoma Coast, Russian River, Gloria Estate, Keefer Ranch, Yu-ki Estate, and Akiko’s Cuvée. This horizontal tasting offers a unique opportunity to explore the nuances of the vintage and how each site expresses the character of Pinot Noir in large-format bottles.
The wines will be complemented by an elegant selection of small bites, such as butternut squash soup with crème fraîche, mushroom bruschetta with d’affinois cheese and pistou, candied bacon with pomegranate seeds, truffled potato bocconcini, Moroccan kefta meatballs, and flourless chocolate bites with raspberries. Hosted in Freeman’s cave, this intimate sit-down event is limited to 34 guests, ensuring a personal and educational experience.
