Trashion Fashion Barbies and Bags: Reclaimed and Reinvented returns to Sonoma Community Center as a creative fundraiser featuring a gallery exhibit and auction. On view April 3–25, 2026, with an opening reception April 3 from 5:30–7:30 PM, this imaginative show transforms discarded Barbies and other 12-inch dolls into bold works of recycled art. New this year: upcycled, wearable bags—including clutches, backpacks, and more—designed by local artists.

All pieces will be auctioned to benefit the Center, with a silent auction accessible both in person and online. Submissions are open through March 13, 2026 (entry fees apply). An all-ages open studio workshop will be held February 15 for those seeking space, supplies, or guidance (registration required). The exhibit in Gallery 212 is free and open to the public.
