Join Alegre Fowler and Lisal Moran of Parker Hill Provisions for Harvest Fizz, a hands-on workshop in naturally fermented soda. Using seasonal fruits, herbs, and wild cultures, you’ll craft unique, gut-friendly sodas with flavors like lemon balm, fresh grapes, pears, and local apple cider.
Held in h2hotel’s Green Room, overlooking the creekside garden, the class covers the full fermentation process, from creating your own ginger bug to bottling sodas to take home. Guests will also explore ways to turn their sodas into cocktails or mocktails with local spirits and mixers from Spoonbar’s Chris Read. Light bites accompany the session for a full tasting experience.
Participants leave with two bottles of soda ready to ferment, a ginger bug culture, and recipes plus tips to continue fermenting at home.
