Join Gold Ridge Organic Farms for a hands-on Mediterranean cooking workshop! Learn to turn roasted vegetables into two pita-perfect dips: muhammara (red peppers, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, olive oil) and melitzanosalata (eggplant, parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil).
The experience includes a guided stroll through the organic orchards, a demonstration-style cooking class in the Apple Cottage kitchen, and tastings of the finished dips. Guests will also enjoy a ride back to the Farm Shop in a vintage pink VW van and 10% off all Farm Shop purchases that day.
