Gold Ridge Organic Farms invites guests to a deliciously educational workshop led by Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen—cookbook author, food writer, and Farm Shop manager. This hands-on experience teaches participants how to make fresh, flavorful dressings like herby Green Goddess and bold aioli using Gold Ridge’s award-winning olive oils.
The event begins with a 20-minute guided walk through the farm’s certified organic olive and apple orchards, followed by a demonstration-style class in the charming Apple Cottage kitchen. Guests will enjoy tastings of the finished products while learning olive oil-based techniques that can be used at home.
To top off the experience, guests will ride back to the Farm Shop in a vintage pink VW van and receive 10% off any purchases made that day.
