Sonoma-Cutrer Winery and Prelude Restaurant are partnering together to pair local cuisine with elegant wines from Sonoma-Curter Vineyards. The food and wine will be introduced by Mick Schroeter, Head Winemaker at Sonoma-Curter Vineyards, and Prelude’s own Executive Chef Don Cortes and Executive Sous Chef Michael Lutz.
