On August 10th, the Wind to Wine Festival celebrates the distinct wines grown in the wind-driven Petaluma Gap American Viticultural Area (AVA). This year’s festival will return to the historic hay barn at Gambonini Family Ranch. The Grand Tasting portion of the event will include 25+ wineries pouring a wide array of Petaluma Gap wines. The Girl & the Fig will provide delicious appetizers to pair with the wines. At the same time, Point Reyes Cheese will offer a sampling of their local artisanal cheese, and Clay Bell will set the festive mood by playing acoustic guitar out on the beautiful patio. New at the festival this year is the addition of three Seated Seminars, offering VIP attendees the opportunity to immerse themselves in a tasting of Petaluma Gap wines curated from multiple wineries. Seats are limited, and winemakers and other representatives of the wines in the lineup will guide each tasting.
