Gold Ridge Organic Farms presents a hands-on culinary workshop led by acclaimed cookbook author and food writer Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen. Guests will start with a 20-minute guided stroll through the farm’s scenic organic olive and apple orchards before heading to the charming Apple Cottage kitchen for a demonstration-style class. Stephanie will share tips and techniques for creating flavorful dressings using olive oil, followed by tastings of the finished products.
After the class, attendees will enjoy a fun ride back to the Farm Shop in a vintage pink VW van and receive 10% off all purchases made that day. With years of experience and published works including A Little Taste of San Francisco and features in The New York Times and Edible magazines, Stephanie brings rich insight to this unique farm-to-table experience in the heart of Sonoma County.
