This elegant, 100% gluten-free menu opens with refined bites like sturgeon caviar and seasonal soups, followed by artful courses featuring oysters, lobster, crab-stuffed squash blossom, and a bright Champagne intermezzo. Guests then choose an entrée ranging from seared Arctic char and duck egg raviolo to braised veal cheeks or a creative vegan panelle. The evening concludes with a trio of decadent desserts. Vegetarian and vegan options are available for every course.
