Founded in 1992 by fourth-generation duck farmer Jim Reichardt, Liberty Ducks are a special strain of Pekin Duck from Denmark, raised slowly and humanely without antibiotics or hormones. Fed a wholesome diet of corn and grains, these ducks are renowned for their rich, flavorful meat—considered among the finest in the country.
