This exclusive event begins with a no-host bar and reception at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM, featuring a curated menu paired with Charles Krug’s finest wines.
The menu includes a delicate Scallop with roasted corn, Dungeness crab, and delicata soufflé, paired with 2023 Charles Krug Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy Tournedo of Beef A La Crevettes with Gulf prawns and asparagus, complemented by 2021 Charles Krug Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will savor Braised Short Ribs with a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce, served with scalloped potatoes and spaghetti squash, paired with 2019 Charles Krug Family Reserve “Generations” Estate Red Wine.
