The Petaluma Historical Library & Museum is celebrating their 40th Anniversary with a monthly series showcasing a variety of presenters focusing on different aspects of the history of Petaluma and Sonoma County.

This month we welcome Greg Sarris, Chairman of the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria. The author of several books, screenplays, plays, documentaries, and more, Greg will be at the Museum to discuss his recently published collection of children’s stories based on Miwok lore, How a Mountain Was Made. There will be a limited number of copies of the book to purchase and Greg will be on-hand to sign.

Refreshments will be served. Suggested $5 donation at the door.
