The Wine and Dine with Saintsbury Winery, a Sonoma Coast pioneer in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay since 1977. Founded by two Burgundy-inspired enthusiasts, Saintsbury has remained independent for over four decades, crafting site-specific wines with care and dedication.

Guests will enjoy five thoughtfully prepared courses paired with three wines, including a rare pour from Sundawg Ridge Vineyard, celebrating ten years of Saintsbury’s work on the Sonoma Coast.
