Guests are invited to a once-in-a-generation celebration honoring the 150th birthday of Quivira’s historic fig tree. The evening begins with a 5:00 PM reception featuring Hog Island Oyster Company, followed by a seated, multi-course dinner highlighting seasonal cuisine paired with Quivira wines.

Sonoma County Fair returns August 7–16, celebrating community, agriculture, entertainment, and family fun at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa. Guests can enjoy carnival rides, live music, horse racing, exhibits, local food, games, and the beloved Hall of Flowers during this annual summer tradition.

Fair hours begin at noon weekdays and 10 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Gates close at 9 PM daily, with fair activities continuing until 10 PM Tuesday–Thursday and 11 PM Friday–Sunday. The event also features livestock showcases, contests, shopping, and entertainment for all ages throughout the fairgrounds.

Celebrate music, culture, and community at the two-day Cotati Accordion Festival. This lively, family-friendly event features five stages showcasing everything from zydeco, polka, and cumbia to jazz, rock, Balkan, classical, and more. Guests can enjoy a dedicated polka tent, a two-day zydeco dance party, jam sessions, and performances from musicians around the world.

Families will find plenty to enjoy, including a large playground, wildlife exhibits, a children’s area, face painting, food vendors, and artisan booths. Kids 15 and under receive free admission, and free parking with shuttle service is available. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

Country Crush joins Dry Creek Vineyard’s summer concert series with a high-energy afternoon of country favorites and classic rock from North Forty. Guests learn line dancing moves early in the day, then settle onto the lawn with Dry Creek Vineyard Chenin Blanc, winery-exclusive Sauvignon Blanc, and Zinfandel in hand. A rotating local pop-up vendor handles the food.

The concert runs from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Tickets are $65 per person. It’s a lively late-summer addition to the Dry Creek Valley concert lineup in Healdsburg, with live music, lawn seating, and Sonoma County wine built into the afternoon.
