Individual consumers have great power in choosing to buy healthy food and well-made products that are also considered based on how they are packaged and where they end up in the waste stream. In this workshop with Ambatalia creator Molly de Vries, attendees will learn the principles of a non-disposable life including how to simplify, organize and manage the way we shop for food, how to store it in the kitchen and pantry, and how to choose to send it to compost, recycle bin or landfill.
