Join West Wines winemaker Katarina for a unique harvest experience Winemaker Harvest Walk & Tasting on September 6, 12, or 19. Meet at the West Wines Tasting Room before heading into the upper vineyard, where sweeping views of Dry Creek Valley set the scene for an intimate, small-group experience.
Guests will pick grape samples and learn how winemakers determine the ideal time to harvest while field-testing sugar and pH and tasting grapes straight from the vine. Katarina will share insights into harvest decisions and other aspects of winemaking before leading a wine tasting on the vine-side patio.
Groups are limited to 10 guests. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good soles are recommended for the uneven hillside terrain. Boxed lunches and charcuterie are available for pre-order.
