France’s Burgundy Region inspired Tom’s recognition of diverse terroir across their 140 acres on the Russian River. Separating lots during winemaking preserves grapes’ character in micro-batches with notable differences activated by the diverse soil, terrain, and micro climates found on the Rochioli Estate.
This Winemaker Dinner begins with Roasted Baby Beets and Micro Arugula paired with Rochioli’s 2017 Estate Sauvignon Blanc. The second course is a Basil Pesto Risotto served with their 2016 Estate Chardonnay. Next, we will enjoy a fabulous Filet Mignon paired with a 2016 Little Hill Pinot Noir. They finish with Poached Pears and Vanilla Walnut Gelato served with a 2014 Blanc de Noir from the River Block. Please join us for this very special evening.
