The Tides 33rd Annual Winemaker Dinner Series is excited to present this flavorsome repast. The evening begins the most delicate dish cooked to perfection, Chardonnay Poached Lobster paired with the 2016 Signaterra West Rows Chardonnay. Truffle Rissotto is the second course with crispy prosciutto and the special, tasty Reggiano Stravecchio, paired with 2015 Signaterra Bella Luna Pinot Noir.
The five-course dinner continues with Roasted Pork Loin paired with the Sonoma Valley 2015 Estate Oonapais. And then comes the magnificent Porcini-Crusted Filet Mignon paired with 2015 Estate Obsidian Point. And oh! Save room for Apple Strudel finishing with their 2016 Gewurztraminer from Dry Creek Valley.
Doors open at 6:30 pm for cocktails. Dinner served at 7:00 pm.
