Join them on June 21, 2019 when St. Francis Winemaker, Katie Madigan shares St. Francis’ Winery’s long tradition of creating quality wines from Sonoma County grapes. Katie oversees production of top selling Zinfandels, Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays as well as many of their other popular white wines. In 2015, Katie was awarded “Best Woman Winemaker” by the International Women’s Wine Competition. She also won Zinfandel Producer of the Year in 2014 and 2015 at the California Zinfandel Championship.
The delightful dinner begins with Salmon Tartar paired with St Francis Chardonnay. The feast for the senses continues with Pappardelle pasta and merlot-braised short rib ragύ, then Roasted Rack of Lamb followed with a specialty Cheese Plate.
