Tomato Sagra: One-Night-Only Plant-Based Dinner with Little Saint & A16 brings together two acclaimed culinary teams for a special evening celebrating Southern Italian tradition and Sonoma County’s peak tomato season.
Chefs Deborah Mullin of Little Saint and Valentin Atayde of A16 join forces for a collaborative prix fixe dinner inspired by the flavors of Southern Italy and Sonoma County. The chefs will showcase the season’s juiciest, sun-ripened tomatoes through a menu featuring ingredients sourced from Little Saint’s eight-acre regenerative farm.
Highlights may include cold-cured olive misti with pickled cherry tomatoes, oven-dried cherry tomatoes on the vine, A16’s signature Naples-style pizza, and more. This one-of-a-kind collaboration offers a memorable celebration of summer’s bounty through creative, plant-based cuisine.
