Take Home Le Saint-Honore with Chef Isabelle Mazeaud. Learn how to make this French classic dessert – a balance of textures: crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth flaky pastry; rich caramel choux pastry; and smooth pastry cream. Prepare the choux pastry, caramel coating, and two types of creams: crème diplomate and crème Chantilly. Pastry Chef Isabelle will share her recipes, tips, tricks!

Artisan cheese + charcuterie will be served.
