Gold Ridge Organic Farms invites olive growers to a half-day class on olive tree management with expert Paul Vossen, a retired UC Davis Extension Agent with 35+ years of experience. With an M.S. in Tree Crops Production and certification in Olive Oil Production from Cordova, Spain, Paul will share insights to help both home growers and professionals improve their trees.

Topics include alternate bearing cycles, pruning, irrigation, and nutrition, with practical strategies for boosting production using organic and conventional methods. Held in the farm’s milling area, the class offers a unique learning experience in a hands-on setting. Attendees should dress in layers for comfort, and a coffee and tea station will be provided.
