Celebrate Independence Day in Petaluma with a professional high-elevation fireworks display on July 4. Community members are encouraged to gather with friends and family at neighborhood parks and viewing areas throughout the city to enjoy the show.

A variety of public parks offer excellent vantage points, making it easy to celebrate close to home while enjoying a festive evening under the stars. Limited paid parking will be available at the Fairgrounds.

As a reminder, all personal fireworks including sparklers and “safe and sane” fireworks are prohibited within Petaluma city limits. Residents and visitors are encouraged to leave the fireworks to the professionals and help keep the community safe.
