Hands On Class with Chef Michael Kalanty. Chef Michael Kalanty is an artisan bread baker and author. For over 25 years, he’s taught professional baking classes to thousands of successful students around the world. He is certified as an Executive Pastry Chef, Culinary Educator, and Master Taster.
