The Rooftop at Harmon Guest House will host the grand finale of its summer “Elevated Eats” popup series, featuring the legendary Ralph Tingle as the final guest chef. Chef Tingle, known for opening Ralph’s Bistro in Healdsburg Plaza over 20 years ago, helped shape Healdsburg into the culinary destination it is today. With training from Le Cordon Bleu in France and experience at Le Cirque in New York, Chef Tingle brought authentic French cuisine to Sonoma County.

For one night only, guests at The Rooftop can enjoy his iconic dishes and meet Chef Tingle in person. The menu includes favorites like Chicken Thigh Paillard, Lamb Smashed Burger Sliders, Grilled Squid & Shishito Peppers, Double Duck Lyonnaise Salad, House-made Gravadlax, and Ralph’s Signature Martini.

This pop-up is the perfect conclusion to the summer series, offering a final opportunity for guests to experience the unique culinary events that began in May.
