For over a century, five generations of the Kunde Family have farmed iron-rich, ancient red volcanic soils in the Sonoma Valley. Marcia Kunde, Proprietor of the Kunde Winery and Chef Luca of the Inn at the Tides have prepared a special four-course winemaker dinner not to be missed. You are welcome to join them.

The evening’s menu:

  • Jumbo Prawn Cocktail
  • Kiwi and citrus sauce, strawberry and asparagus salad
  • Paired with 2017 Sauvignon Blanc “Magnolia Lane” Estate Grown, Sonoma County
  • Gnocchi
  • Walnut and basil sauce, crumbled Pt Reyes Blue Cheese
  • Paired with 2016 Chardonnay, Estate Grown, Sonoma County
  • Herb-Crusted Filet Mignon
  • Caramelized onion, hazelnut mashed potatoes, merlot glaze, spinach
  • Paired with 2014 Merlot, Estate Grown, Sonoma Valley
  • Chili Infused Chocolate Pot De Creme
  • Valrhona Xocopili, cardamom Chantilly
  • Paired with 2015 Reserve Zinfandel “Century Vines”, Sonoma Valley
