October is a special time at Seghesio Family Vineyards. Not only does it usher in the waning days of harvest, but it is also Italian Heritage Month. Executive Chef Peter Janiak will present a menu of traditional Italian fare, with revamped classics and Seghesio staples that pair terrifically with their Italian varietal wines (and okay, they’d be remiss not include at least one Zin).
