Chef Luca’s Happy Thanksgiving is a generous cornucopia of delicious abundance from the land and sea. Salmon Carpaccio, pumpkin ravioli or crab present for the first course. In addition to the traditional roasted Thanksgiving turkey, choices like Lobster Fettuccine, Lamb, Steak and Petrale Sole make us remember bountifulness during times of scarcity and trouble. Laughter comes alive with a special dessert of pumpkin or pecan pie or perhaps Apple Brandy Crème Brulee’ and don’t forget the cheesecake!
