Guests are taught the art of stretching house-made pizza dough and wood-fired cooking while utilizing the Ramekins very own Forno Bravo wood fired ovens. Also enjoy a cooking demonstration of how to make the perfect smoked and grilled meats in one of the most versatile grills in the world, the Big Green Egg.

Included is a garden station of salad, grilled vegetables, Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir and Sparkling wines along with hand-tossed pizza and smoked and grilled meats.
