The family style dinner experience will be fueled by the day’s harvest from our culinary gardens and the bounty of Sonoma County purveyors, paired with Kendall-Jackson estate wines.
Executive Chef Justin Wangler will feature Kurobuta Pork and American Wagyu Beef in this menu, sourced from Snake River Farms. Their cheese selection is from local Sonoma County cheesemaker, Valley Ford Cheese & Creamery.
