During the informal studio tour, the award-winning designer known from TV show Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge – will describe insights into her creative process and tales from over 20 years in the film and toy industries. Visitors will meet some of Ms. Rudd’s favorite past creations, including puppets, costumes, and props, and get a sneak peek at some exciting works in progress.

Now known as Dreams and Visions Puppet & Craft Studio, the workshop has never before been open to the public. But Rudd says, “Finally, I have a space where I can comfortably welcome visitors and host events and classes for the community.”

Besides the once-in-a-lifetime tour opportunity, the open house will feature local beer, wine, and tidbits, future visitors may see the studio only by booking a class or special event, or by visiting during Art Trails in October.
