Contemporary Seafood with Chef John Ash. In this class, Chef John will focus on fish and shellfish dishes that use flavors and techniques from around the world. In most parts of America today they are blessed with having a wide variety of fresh seafood available all year round. Learn the importance of buying sustainably and how they can each become “stewards” of their oceans.
