The evening’s menu begins with Grilled Gulf Prawns paired with Comstock’s Viogner, a full-bodied aromatic white wine with a lush, soft character from the Russian River Valley. The second course presents Seared King Salmon paired with Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, followed by Grilled Rack of Lamb served with a Dry Creek Valley 2015 Merlot. The dinner’s elegant finish is Himalayan Salted Chocolate Tart topped with an Amarena cherry and Dry Creek Valley 2013 Zinfandel.
