This summer, The Lodge at Dawn Ranch launches Collector’s Cellar, an exclusive wine dinner series showcasing rare bottles, acclaimed producers, and winery collaborations typically reserved for collectors and industry insiders.

Guests are invited to an intimate evening with Dancing Sonoma, a mother-daughter–led winery known for its modern, hands-on approach to winemaking that emphasizes texture, balance, and individuality. The experience features a seasonal multi-course tasting menu highlighting fresh, local ingredients paired with a curated selection of Dancing Sonoma’s zinfandels.

Each course is thoughtfully paired, beginning with oysters and scallop tostada, followed by asparagus, fava and morels, Snake River Farm picanha, and a peach dessert, each matched with distinctive wine expressions.
