Everyone knows someone affected by mental health issues in their community. “Love Yourself: A Message of Hope and Help”, is a benefit concert that is a part of a larger effort to bring mental health awareness and treatment programs to Sonoma County. The concert will be a celebration featuring world-class classical music performers and the keynote speakers are Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg and Dr. Tara Niendam, a clinical psychologist who pioneered the program. This live music event will be a community celebration complete with locally sourced light fare and drinks. They will have authentic conversations for real solutions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
