As part of his residency at House of Flowers, Chef Shouse’s coastal-inspired menu features highlights like Kelp Cured Pacific Albacore Tuna paired with the 2021 Camp Meeting “Almar” Chardonnay and Dry Aged Duck with the 2022 Fort Ross-Seaview Pinot Noir.
