Relish in Sonoma County’s bountiful fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and other regional delicacies during the height of summer garden season in wine country. Hosted on the Winery Chateau lawns, this al fresco dinner party begins with a reception featuring Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course dinner by our chef, featuring deliciously fresh ingredients sourced either from our garden, local farms and a few surprises from outside the area. Each course will be prepared with a combination of traditional French and modernist cooking techniques and paired with a specific vintage of Jordan, beginning with Chardonnay before moving into vintages of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening concludes with a dessert reception and coffee in the Jordan dining room.
