Owner of Bitter Girl Bitters, Erin Hines, will lead a hands-on workshop on crafting seasonal bitters using organic ingredients from her Sonoma garden. Whether you’re a professional mixologist or your average flavor-loving fellow, this workshop will teach you the bitters-making basics. Each participant will take home their own custom-labeled bottle of bitters to liven up their next cocktail or mocktail, or gift as a crush-worthy stocking stuffer.
