Named one of the top 4th of July celebrations in the country by Travel + Leisure and Yahoo News, Sonoma’s annual Independence Day event is a beloved tradition. The festivities kick off at 10 AM with a lively parade circling the historic Sonoma Plaza, featuring around 60 entries. After the parade, enjoy a classic festival atmosphere with food, drinks, and game booths hosted by local nonprofits—supporting Sonoma’s community programs.

The celebration concludes with a spectacular 30-minute fireworks show at dusk over General Vallejo’s Field.

Presented by the Sonoma Volunteer Firefighters Association in support of the Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue Authority.
