Attendees of this dinner can expect nothing but the best in food and wine pairings. With a focus on Mexican flavors and five wines, save room for a number of courses from Butternut Squash & Chicken Empanadas to Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder to zeppoles and churros. Then, try your own hand at blending your own with a tutorial on how to create the perfect Super Tuscan wine.
