Join a hands-on coastal foraging experience exploring the rich variety of edible and medicinal seaweeds found along the Sonoma Coast. Led by Autumn Summers and Ricardo Romero Gianoli, participants will learn how to identify, harvest, and sustainably gather local seaweeds while exploring the shoreline where ocean and land meet.

Guests may harvest up to 10 pounds of seaweed to take home and enjoy while discovering how coastal communities have used seaweed for food, wellness, and gardening throughout history.

The experience also includes community-building activities and concludes with a cooking demonstration featuring several seaweed varieties, offering inspiration for using these ocean ingredients at home.
