Join this unique sunrise experience on May 17, May 31, or June 14 from 5:00–9:00 AM for a hands-on sea urchin foraging class. Participants will help remove overgrown sea urchins to support kelp forest restoration while learning how to sustainably harvest and enjoy this prized delicacy, known as uni in sushi cuisine.

Guides will teach you how to open, prepare, and savor fresh sea urchin, offering a far more flavorful experience than restaurant versions. Guests may take home up to 35 urchins, depending on what they can carry.

This immersive class highlights how human participation can help restore balance to marine ecosystems impacted by climate change.
