The Wine and Dine with Saintsbury Winery, a Sonoma Coast pioneer in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay since 1977. Founded by two Burgundy-inspired enthusiasts, Saintsbury has remained independent for over four decades, crafting site-specific wines with care and dedication.
Guests will enjoy five thoughtfully prepared courses paired with three wines, including a rare pour from Sundawg Ridge Vineyard, celebrating ten years of Saintsbury’s work on the Sonoma Coast. The menu features seared scallop tiradito, roasted chicken thigh with gochujang glaze, and Niman rack of lamb with pistachio crumble, designed to complement each wine perfectly.
