Begin with a welcome glass of wine and a flowing chocolate fountain featuring K & M Chocolate, crafted by the Thomas Keller Team, paired with chef-made biscotti and sweet bites.
Chef and educator Sheana Davis will guide you through creating your own custom chocolate truffles using an array of unique ingredients, from dehydrated fruits and whole spices to citrus zest, coconut, lemon sugar, and Rancho Gordo “Stardust” chili. Learn how and why chocolate pairs with specific wines, then take home a box of six truffles you crafted yourself. One glass of wine is included, with additional pours available for purchase.
