Showcasing the 2022 Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and Brut Rosé, alongside Single Clone Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise and aged 30 months en tirage, these sparkling wines highlight the finesse and artistry MacRostie is known for.
Enjoy thoughtfully paired bites curated by Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen, designed to complement the evolving flavors and textures of the wines. Highlights include Lemon Shortbread with Brie and Honey, Sesame Crackers with Crème Fraîche and Tsar Trout Roe, and Red Hawk Brie with Quince Paste. This tasting offers members an early preview of the new vintage during the winery’s Sparkling Wine allocation. Reservations are required.
