Appellation Kitchen partners with Dino’s Greek Food Truck to present The Greek, a five-course pop-up dinner series from chef Dino Moniodis, taking place on Mondays from September 21st – October 12th. Drawing on his childhood summers working at his family’s beachfront restaurant in Greece, Moniodis brings authentic Greek flavors to Appellation Healdsburg.

The dining experience features a curated wine list from Folia’s sommelier Tess Housholder, highlighting dry Greek whites. Guests can also order from the standard Appellation Kitchen menu throughout the evening. Walk-ins are welcome, or reservations can be secured in advance.
