Wine can be red, white, pink, or even orange. But can it be green? The people behind Peregrine Ranch think it can. Their premium wines are made from estate grapes grown locally in Dry Creek Valley on a certified fish-friendly farm and are 100% waste free. Sold exclusively on tap, they don’t require bottles, corks, or packaging.

SHED’s fermentation bar was designed with the same zero-waste goal, and they’re proud to carry Peregrine Ranch wines for their footprint and their flavor. At the August Taste of Place, they will be serving a four-course meal made exclusively to pair with a suite of Peregrine wines by Chef Perry Hoffman, and winemaker Ashley Herzberg will explain why eco-friendly wines athemre so vitally important to the industry and the planet. Please join us for this very special event that will kick off a string of waste-free events at SHED.
