In the SHED Grange, they will discuss Gabrielle Hamilton’s Blood, Bones, and Butter, a SHED favorite that follows the chef’s extraordinary journey through the rural kitchen of her childhood to the kitchens of Europe and the one of her beloved Italian mother-in-law, who serves as the link between Hamilton’s idyllic past and her own future family.

Come having read the book and bring your questions. Bring up a drink or a snack from SHED’s fermentation bar and join them in a discussion perfect for cooks, gardeners, and everyone who wants to take a journey around the world through food.
