Experience Raw & Rogue, an intimate twelve-seat omakase dinner taking place on the rooftop of Appellation Healdsburg across three Tuesdays: September 29, October 13, and October 27 at 6:30 PM. Chef Willer Larreal Perez leads guests through a twelve-course culinary journey, framing fresh seafood with Venezuelan influence and Los Angeles and Miami omakase techniques.
The multisensory evening features an amuse-bouche, dessert, wine pairings selected by Baron Ziegler, and a curated song paired with each individual course to reflect the shifting evening light over Sonoma County. Pre-paid reservations are required.
