Martin Ray Winery is hosting a James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour dinner with hosts Mark and Terri Stark of Stark’s Reality Restaurants. Featured Chefs include the famed Scott Roberts of The Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, Texas; Billy Ngo from Kru Contemporary Japanese Cuisine in Sacramento, California; and Kevin Nashan from the Sidney Street Café in St. Louis, Missouri. Each will prepare appetizers to start the evening along with a featured dinner preparation. The evening will include several Martin Ray Winery limited release and library wines to accompany the Chefs creations. Host Chef, Mark Stark insists, “This is going to be one of the most creative and fun barbecue dinners ever! Scott is one of the most famous BBQ Chefs in the world, Billy will add a unique Japanese flair and Kevin is sure tantalize us with something innovative.”
